Torment Tool Biografie
(Deutsche Version)
Die im Jahre 2005 gegründete Thrash Metal Band
"Torment Tool" (engl. Folterwerkzeug) orientiert sich
sowohl an dem "alten" „Bay Area Thrash“
als auch an den legendären, eher moderneren, Bands.. wie Death und Vader
Als mit der Aufnahme der Demo CD „Fuel of Hate“ im.. Frühjahr
2008 der Grundstein für die Band gelegt wurde, ..stand gleichzeitig
auch die Sängerposition endgültig fest- Ullrich "Ulli" Haug.
Seitdem haben Torment Tool mehrere Konzerte, unter anderem
mit Exciter, Sodom Napalm Death, Destruction, Asphyx, Sinister und Eisregen
bestreiten dürfen, und dies nicht mit wenig Erfolg!
Am 13.02.2010 erschien das neue Album "Dawn of War" mit.. dem die Band
im Frühjahr 2010 auf erfolgreicher Deutschlandtour war.
Nach einigen Differenzen zwischen Schlagzeuger Felix Hahnund der Band,
hatte er diese noch während der ersten Deutschlandtour verlassen.
Ein Nachfolger wurde aber schnell gefunden und eingelernt.
Seit April 2010 besteht die Band nun aus folgendem Line Up:
Ullrich "Ulli" Haug (Guitar and Vox)
Francis Klein (Guitar)
Tobias "Ringl" Ringhofer (Bass)
Stefan "Johnny" Krämer (Drums)
Mit diesem Line Up bestritten die vier nun Shows mit immer größeren Hauptacts wie zum Beispiel SODOM, Death Angel oder Tankard.
Mit letzteren spielte die Band im November 2011 in Barcelona, Spanien.
Die Arbeit am 2. Studioalbum "Under friendly ATTACK" blieb natürlich nicht auf der Strecke und fand vom 5. Mai bis zum 18. Mai, in Andy Classen's "Stage One" Studio (Legion of the Damned, Tankard, Holy Moses, Final Breath, Spellbound, Malignant Tumour), ihr Ende.
Ein voraussichtlicher Releasetermin ist zur Zeit noch nicht bekannt, man darf sich jedoch auf ein amtliches Thrash-Brett aus dem Schwabenland freuen!!!

The band "Torment Tool" which was founded in the year 2005
is based on good old "Bay Area Thrash", as well as other legendary, more modern
bands like "Death" and "Vader"
When the foundation stone was laid with the first demo CD "Fuel of Hate",
the position of the vocals also was ..found- Ullrich "Ulli" Haug
Since then Torment Tool has played various shows ..with bands like Exciter,
Napalm Death, Sodom, Destruction, Asphyx,Sinister and Eisregen, and this with
great success!
On March 2nd, 2010 the new Album "Dawn of War"
was released, and the band went on a successful ..germanytour with that
After some differences within the band between Felix Hahn and the band,
he decided to leave the band during the current tour.
But a replacement was found fairly fast and ..has been taught.
The line up since spring 2010 is as following

With this new lineup the band conquers the stages with even bigger bands such like SODOM, Death Angel and Tankard.
With Tankard they even have played a show in Barcelona, Spain.
As well the work on the second studioalbum "Under friendly ATTACK" was not neglected. The work was finished during the time from may, 5th untill may, 18th in Andy Classen's "Stage One" Studio (Legion of the Damned, Tankard, Holy Moses, Final Breath, Spellbound, Malignant Tumour).
Currently there is no releasedate known so far, but you may expect a real hammersmashing, asskicking, in your face punchin' album from the four swabian guys.
